Native to the precarious hillsides of 5 mezcal producing states in México. Cuishe is a wild agave heavily sought after by local Mezcaleros. This exotic varietal produces a rich spirit with heavy earth tones & savory smokiness. Tropical fruit notes give way to a dry, pinney and mineral finish.
